We are an independent, owner-managed strategy consultancy with offices in Munich and Düsseldorf. Around 20 experienced consultants support companies and investors in developing successful growth strategies.
Our focus
Growth with substance.
Since 2015 we have developed and implemented market-oriented growth strategies – organic and inorganic – for mid-sized companies and investment firms, created the organisational foundations for sustainable, scalable growth and supported owner-managed companies in preparing their succession. Our focus is on the services sector – including construction services, engineering, healthcare services, industrial services / MRO, IT services / managed services, professional services, TIC, value-added distribution – as well as software.
Our project experience ranges from the DACH region via Benelux, Scandinavia and the UK to the USA, Australia and New Zealand.
